My name is Scott Neville, I am from Columbus, Ohio but currently live in Robinson Creek, KY. I am madly in love with My wife and kids and Jesus and His church. I enjoy drinking coffee and reading books, preferably at the same time. Of interest to me are all things theology, church history, revival and prayer, biblical studies. Favorite authors include Tozer, Ravenhill, C.S. Lewis, Spurgeon, Ryle, and the puritans to name a few. Constantly seeking God for guidance and wisdom on how to grow as a Dad, Husband, and servant of God. I am the pastor of the Gospel of Faith Alliance church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination. We desire to be a Christ exalting, God honoring, great commission church that believes in prayer and the application of the word of God to all of life! Along with pastoral duties, my family and I are blessed to travel when called upon to preach and teach God’s word. Pray for us as we attempt to expand the Kingdom of God here in the eastern KY region. May Christ be exalted and His name great in all the earth!

  1. Thanks for stopping by and giving my blog a visit. Thought I would return the visit. I prayed for you as you requested and trust for the Lord to lead and empower you to minster beyond your own abilities for the glory of God!

  2. Nice to connect with you, Scott. I had to laugh when I read your interests. If those that know me well had to describe me in three words they would probably say revival, reading and coffee! 🙂 As I read through your posts, I chuckled several times in agreement. And I chuckled for the simple joy of finding a kindred spirit. I blog for many of the same reasons you do and I also preach revivals as the opportunity arises until recently. My wife and I have just launched into full-time revival ministry. We are so excited! We will be praying for you and your endeavors, Scott! God bless you and your family.

    • Thank you for taking time to read and comment. It is always good to know there are like minded brothers out there who long to see true revival! I will be praying for you and yours as well, may God be glorified in all you do for Him!

Although I’ve been somewhat ‘inactive’ on my blog, I appreciated your visit. I like what you’ve posted on your blog – especially as to our identity. Although I still struggle with doctrinal issues, my identity isn’t a cause for consternation within my life and what a joy it is to know that I’m loved and accepted for who God is and not for any great deed or accomplishment – that most anyone could probably do better, anyway. Blessings to your and yours. // Bob

    • Thanks for the comment! I enjoy reading various blogs and articles from people of all walks of life. Whether one is solidified in their understanding or simply in progress, just as long as we are progressing towards Christ! The identity post was from my wife, I reblog a lot from her. Continue on brother, pursue Him and may God bless our feeble attempts to search out His unsearchable riches!
